Thank you for booking an appointment with CARE Feline TNR, Inc at the East Side Clinic, 12050 East Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL. Please note that drop off is at 7:15AM. If you are late, even by 1 minute, you will be turned away - zero exceptions. PLAN TO BE EARLY IF YOU USUALLY RUN LATE. Drop off could take up to 1 hour to process all 80 cats, so please bring patience. Staff will not arrive until around 7:00 - so no need to arrive prior to 7:00.

A few things to note:

**These appointments are for OUTDOOR, UNOWNED cats only

**ALL cats will be ear tipped. 

**NO CARRIERS will be permitted. ALL cats must be in an operable, humane, metal trap or transfer cage with enough room for the cat to move around in. Don't shove an adult cat into a kitten trap.

**If you are cancelling your appointment please do so now so others can fill the appointments. CARE has to pay $60 per appointment so it's a waste of donations if we don't have all cats present come surgery morning. How to cancel? It's in the email confirmation you received or you can text 407-409-8660. Let us know the name of the person the appointment is under.

YOU MUST HAVE THE CAT(s) TRAPPED AND CONFIRM by visiting CAREFelineTNR.org/confirmations (this page - below) by 6PM the night prior to your appointment. ANY APPOINTMENT NOT CONFIRMED BY 6PM WILL BE CANCELLED. Please do not confirm until you have successfully trapped the cat.

Surgery, ear tip and vaccinations are included. Any additional services will be your responsibility to pay. 
 

PAPERWORK WILL NOW BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. SO CONFIRMING YOUR CAT BY 6PM WITH THE NAMES & DESCRIPTIONS IS CRUCIAL TO COMPLETE PAPERWORK IN A TIMELY FASHION!
